Took my 15 year old son to get his hair cut today. He had a picture of what he wanted. "stylist" asked me "should I use a 3 or a 4 on his head". To be blunt, how the hell should I know? If I was a barber, we wouldn't be here. The stylist seemed upset that I didn't know and couldn't give her the answer. Use the picture. Cut was okay and he seems happy with it. But seriously, you charge people $18 for a haircut and for 1, ask them what tools you should use and then 2, at checkout your computer is set up to ask for a $5, $7, or $10 tip???? Just to do the math for you, that's 27%, 39%. and a 56%!!! tip request on a basic haircut. Are these people working for tips only? Get real, unless you tip your service providers this amount. In that case I'd love to be you waiter someday. Of course I'd have to ask you what tools I'd need to do my job first then give you average service. LOL you're a joke, won't be back! I gave you a $2 tip. $18+$2= $20, this is NOT a $20 haircut.

Brittany Hill did a great job cutting my son's hair she is friendly and out going.

First few experiences were great. Last two I received bad haircuts and poor service. Inattentive stylist who didn’t offer the service I received on my initial visits. Way overpriced for that poor level of service. Not sure I’ll go back
